Tamsin 19th January 2017

I met Chris for the first time in September 99 when Kate and Gavin got married (I was just 14). He arranged to have my Mom and I collected and driven to the venue of the wedding. Now, we were collected in his gorgeous Jaguar, and we were driven two minutes down the road, when we could have easily walked. I knew I liked him instantly!! Not only did he give me the opportunity to sit in one of my favourite cars, but he also made sure we didn't walk, no matter how short the distance.... It was like he could read my mind! How I mainly knew Chris in the years following was through the wonderful ways in which he was always described by his daughters. It was so clear that they shared something very special that none of us would completely understand. They had a bond and friendship that was unbreakable and just so special. Clearly a doting Father and Grandfather.... he really was just taken far too soon and I'm so sorry to all the Mellor Family for this tragic loss, but nothing can take away the amazing years you had together... never forget the laughter, even through the tears.
