I’ve been thinking about the many times I’ve seen my brother-in-law Chris over the years and a few memories of a holiday in particular spring to mind. (Actually there are so many things I could write about Chris as I’m sure all that knew him could.) I visited my sister, Chris and the girls in Florida in 2007 (I believe). Unfortunately my husband was unable to come because of work commitments. Chris was really keen for me to see the Delray area from the waterway and hired a speedboat - just so I could see. I don’t know how many times he may have done that trip before but for me it was special. Chris also decided to come running with me one morning, saying “I won’t be able to keep up with you”. It was far too hot to run fast and I’m sure it was me trying to keep up with him! We also took a pony and trap ride in Delray. The driver had a puppy – that was it. Daisy and Grace wanted one too! They haven’t had one yet… Precious memories. Jackie xx
